MPK CRYSTALLIZER

MPK Crystallizer is a system designed to convert amorphous material into a crystallized state in order to be processed. It stands out for ease of use and cleaning, fundamental features in machines that treat post-consumer material, especially to limit production changeover times during the cleaning operations and/or filter clogging.
The mixing chamber is equipped with removable blades with a double-effect mixing. They are suitable for different material types assuring a homogeneous regrind and avoiding any material clumps during the crystallization phase.
The drop-down cone with assisted device allows the complete access to the internal components: an exceptional usability factor to handle critical materials such as regrind and flakes. It can be opened with no tools in just 2 minutes.
The MPK Crystallizer provides advanced connectivity thanks to Ethernet and USB ports, the Modbus protocol, the OPC UA protocol, as well as the MOWIS supervisory control.
