VAAPRO's Rectangular Vibrating Screeners utilize two reverse motors with the same frequency to create vibrations that move material in a straight line across the entire screen surface. This design ensures smooth and efficient screening, making them ideal for both light and heavy-duty applications.
These screeners are perfect for linear screening systems, including safety screening, grading, and de-dusting powders and granules. They can be configured with multi-layer screens to meet specific separation requirements.
In addition to their primary function of separating materials, rectangular vibrating screeners also convey them, offering dual functionality. The vibration motors are positioned at the bottom of the screen, which reduces the overall width while maintaining high throughput and screening efficiency, making them perfect for compact spaces.
The discharge port can be customized to be round or square, with multiple directional options—left, right, downward, or forward—depending on your specific needs. This flexibility ensures that rectangular vibrating screeners can be easily adapted for a wide range of industrial applications.
