The Ultrasonic product line is VAAPRO's flagship, cutting-edge vibrating sieve technology. It consistently outperforms other screening solutions by significantly boosting capacity and efficiency, achieving over 99% purity in particle size separation for challenging materials such as wet, sticky, abrasive, or fine substances.
Ultrasonic Sieving Machines utilize an ultrasonic frequency that sends pulses to the screen surface, effectively preventing clogging and improving particle separation.
The system includes a generator, converter, and a matched screen resonator with an installation frame. The generator and converter work together to produce vibrations, which are then directed into the resonator. VAAPRO’s ProSonic system ensures that the ultrasonic propagation through the resonator is both uniform and widespread, delivering consistent performance across the entire screen. The ultrasonic waves cause the screen fabric to vibrate, preventing blockages, increasing throughput, and enhancing selectivity. As a result, more accurately-sized granules are recovered, optimizing the overall efficiency of the sieving process.
VAAPRO’s Ultrasonic Sieves are equipped with our advanced ProSonic system, which automatically adjusts to the optimal frequency oscillations for each screen. Compared to traditional single-frequency machines, the advantages of Ultrasonic equipment include:
