Circular Check Screeners are available in a variety of sizes and feature an open-bottom design for efficient separation of powders and liquids. Their unique flow-through shape ensures vertical compactness, making them particularly effective for separating micronized products or colorants at high capacity, preventing the formation of screening “tails” or lumps.
These machines feature a low-profile design, with two vibratory motors positioned on opposite sides of the support frame, creating highly efficient three-dimensional motion. This motion allows the material to flow smoothly and evenly through the mesh screen, ensuring optimal separation and discharge at maximum flow rates. The design also optimizes material handling, making it perfect for high-capacity applications across various industries.
The Flow-Thru Vibrating Check Screeners provide precise control over material movement by adjusting the angle of the vibratory motors. The vibration intensity can also be modified by altering the counterweight settings, allowing customization to meet specific customer requirements.
Ideal for screening fine powders and conducting final product control to remove impurities, this machine features both the inlet and outlet ports aligned on the same vertical axis, ensuring fast discharge and delivering 2-5 times the output of a standard vibro sifter.
These units can also be seamlessly integrated into sack tipping or bag dumping stations, providing safe handling for all types of sacks and boxes while controlling and reducing dust emissions. They are particularly useful for safety screening, ensuring that food products remain free from contamination caused by raw materials delivered in bags.
VAAPRO’s control sieves can be equipped with additional cleaning devices such as balls, slider rings, brushes, and ultrasonic systems to further enhance performance.
