Circular vibrating sieves are essential in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agriculture, mining, and more. They are commonly used for the following applications:
- Sifting and Scalping: Effectively remove oversized contaminants and particles, with the coarse materials discharging off the screen surface.

Circular vibratory screens use a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. The motor’s eccentric weights, positioned at both the upper and lower ends, convert rotary motion into a dynamic, three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical, and inclined. This vibration is transmitted to the sieve surface, allowing particles smaller than the sieve aperture to fall through to the lower level as under-sieve material, while larger particles remain on top.
