VIBRATING SPIRAL CONVEYORS SVC

The vibrating spiral conveyors are composed of a spiral track welded to a central support pipe, within which motovibrators are installed. The material ascends uniformly and consistently through vibration. These conveyors are designed for vertical transport and, due to their extended length, are also suitable for cooling materials. Cooling can be achieved via an air ventilation system or through a false bottom with water circulation inside the spirals.
The SVC Series vibrating spiral conveyors can be manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316/316L (for the food industry). Optional features include a plastic or metal dust-proof cover, complete with dust extraction pipes when necessary. These conveyors are easy to install, requiring only a level concrete floor for secure anchoring with chemical fasteners.
These elevators are ideal for lifting various types of bulk powders, granulated products, and foodstuffs, based on an analysis of their characteristics (moisture content, density, particle size, etc.). They can also be adapted to leverage the material's movement for cooling or drying, depending on specific requirements. These spiral track conveyors can be installed immediately after a rectangular screener RVS-L or a circular vibrating sieve CVS-T to elevate and transport the granules that have just been classified by the sifters.
